What is Reiki
(pronounced Ray-key)
Reiki is powerful energy healing for the body, mind and soul, that supports emotional and physical healing. It's very relaxing whilst also being energising. Some people experience direct physical changes, and some fall asleep.
How it Works
Each hour Session includes a Pre and Post-Consultation that provides feedback on to support your healing.
This helps me to understand the issue/s to focus on and feedback any information after the session, to support your healing.
