What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-near) energy healing practice. People often book Reiki when they have a physical issue, or they’re feeling stressed, emotionally heavy or simply in need of deep rest and reset. Sessions are extremely relaxing using aromatherapy, calming music and energy-clear environment. Some people feel warmth or tingling, some feel emotional release, and some even fall asleep.
What to Expect in Your Session
The Reiki treatment session will last 55 mins but please allow 1.15 hours for the entire session.
At the start we will have a brief discussion on what you would like me to focus on, any current or recurring health issues. You will need to complete the forms before we begin. Please let me know if there are any aromatherapy smells that could irritate your nose. We only use aromatherapy oils to add to the relaxing atmosphere, never directly on skin.
During the session: You will lie fully clothed on the treatment table while I gently work across the energy points.
Grounding + Feedback (5–10 min): You will need to allow at least 5 mins to pause after your session to ground your body. I will feedback any issues that came up and any aftercare suggestions to support your on-going health. If this is a virtual session, I will send an audio recording after the sessions. I can advise on how to maintain your health through adapting habits and patterns that you may not realise are harming you.
Most people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and deeply relaxed.

Distance Reiki Healing
How it works:
Can't make it in person? I offer Distance Reiki sessions that work on your body just as effectively from wherever you are.

Once you have confirmed, I will send you the online form & T&Cs to complete before we begin

I will perform a full Reiki session (approx 1 hour). You can go about your day or stay in one room at your location, while I work.

Afterwards, I'll send you a voice note summary—with feedback and any insights from the session.
Perfect if you're housebound, travelling, or simply prefer healing from your own home.

Energy Cleansing
If a space feels uncomfortable, stagnant, or emotionally draining, Energy Cleansing can help enormously, bringing in a renewed sense of lightness and harmony. It can be especially helpful after a big transition such as moving, renovations, a divorce or long-term ill health, or when a space feels heavy or unsettled.
Energy cleansing helps to refresh and restore the atmosphere of a home, wellness space, commercial or environmental space. It removes old emotions and anxieties, stuck habits, and brings in fresh new experiences, promotes calmer and clearer and more balanced atmosphere.
Price £40 for a small 3-bed-room house, taking approximately 1 hour. Price may increase for larger properties.

Because reiki uses powerful energy healing, having multiple sessions in succession will strip back big problems or aid healing adding each time, so it’s ideal to support ongoing healing for recurring issues or larger issues, such as recovering from surgery or chronic pain.
